Fenofibrate in the management of AbdoMinal aortic anEurysm (FAME)


The primary aim of the proposed work is to assess whether a medication found to be favourable in pre-clinical models producing similar biological changes in human patients. The project will compare the effectiveness of fenofibrate and placebo in terms of effects on pathological markers of aortic destruction.
